The Optimus EMR Electronic Care Plans are fully integrated and utilize an innovative “interactive”
philosophy. Each Resident has one global care plan that facilities update with new problems and resolution to
problems as data is charted throughout the facility. The facility has complete flexibility in setting up multiple
care plan libraries. Multiple goals and approaches can be assigned in a variety of flexible methods, with tracking
of discontinued goals and approaches, caregiver notes and task list integration. Problems can be linked through
Physicians orders and Nursing orders and automatically generate items for multi-discipline task lists and events
flowing to the eMAR and TAR.

Caregivers can always quick-view the Resident’s care plan and see real time changes. Nursing Orders and
C.N.A. Tasks are created based on individual approaches to resident's goals, thereby creating care-plan based
nursing orders and C.N.A. tasks, which are automatically send to the hand-held devices and PC screens around
the facility.
